Dispatch service
Reefer dispatch that protects your margins.
Reefer freight runs on seasons and on temperature. Produce comes in waves, and the carriers who make money are the ones who are positioned before the wave hits. We watch the produce calendars, from the winter citrus in Florida and Texas to the summer harvests in California and the Northwest, and we route your truck toward the markets that are loading. Detention is real money on a reefer, and it is easy to lose. When a receiver holds a temperature-sensitive load for hours, that is time and fuel, and it should be paid. We track detention on every stop and we push for the money you are owed, including temp-sensitive time on claims. A reefer cannot be handled on a 9 to 5 schedule. Loads get held, set, and reset at all hours, and a temperature problem at 2 a.m. is still your problem. We cover the truck 24/7 so there is always someone watching your load and your margins. Our pricing is flat and open book: $325 per truck per week or 4.5 percent of linehaul. You decide. A loaded reefer at the right temp is the goal every time. We confirm set points, monitor the clock, and keep the paperwork so a claim cannot surprise you. The extra work is worth more when the lane pays for it, and we book the lanes that do.
